In Dalian University, the College of International Cultural Exchange is a main college responsiblefor education and managemment of exchange students. It is one of the units authorized by Chaine's Ministry of Education to accept exchange student. Since its foundation, through constant efforts the College of International Cultural Exchange has realized multi-development in education of exchange students with the comprehensive advantage, abundant teaching resources and advanced scientific research equipments of Dalian University.

In addition to Chinese language training courses, it also offers curriculum of various majorities in hierarchy for undergraduate and graduate students.
